EDX 2500S Portable Energy-Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Analyser
Energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (EDXRF) is a qualitative and quantitative elemental analysis method, based on the detection of characteristic X-rays of the elements present in the analysed material. This method covers an energy range from approximately 1.5 keV to 100 keV, and it is mainly applicable to elements with an atomic number higher than around 13 (Al).
